Caper...your 5 minutes from North Sidney...wow guess I drove close to your place in August...As for the best time for the Rock, I was told August...As you know, I had mentioned that the Wife & I were on the Rock, 2 first week of August...Plus they are getting 2 new boats next year. They lend you tie downs for your bike....but you tie the bike.
