A Maricopa County grand jury indicted a dump-truck driver on charges of manslaughter, aggravated assault and endangerment in the March 25 collision that killed four motorcyclists on Carefree Highway.

CJ, Did it ever come out as to why he didn't stop? Distracted driving or driving under the influence of something?

Didn't the news say that he was under the influence (drugs)? I thought I saw that a couple of days ago.

Oh yeah... he had meth in his system at the time, and he wasn't watching the road, he was shuffling his paperwork.

The charity ride I did Wednesday took us past the intersection where the accident happened. There's a huge shrine with hundreds of bandannas tied to a tree on the corner.
