I think we should stay at the Double Tree by Hilton in downtown Jefferson City. It has easy in and out access to the freeway and it has an onsite restaurant that looks pretty good. Only downside is no continental breakfast.

I wondering just how secure our bikes will be at a downtown hotel... That would be one concern of mine.

It does have a bar/restaurant though... which gives it some points.

The only time I will stay downtown there is if we can park right out front of the hotel.

I try to avoid the Holiday Inn since there is a chance of having to park it in the deck around the corner. Fortunately, each time staying there I waited until a car moved and was able to park right out front.

Even the Hampton makes me nervous...

But, having said that, a bar on premise over-rides a lot...

After having parked in the ramp twice I actually prefer it. Bike is nice and dry in the morning.
I think you should make a decision soon as to where we are going to stay in Jefferson City so we can start to formulate a plan.
