Fall SE Rally Hotel Information

The dates are September 20-22 at Copperhead Lodge in Blairsville, GA. The lodge will be getting back to me today or early tomorrow with the booking information for our block. You will be able to get queen rooms or share a cabin with someone. Queens in the lodge are $89 plus tax per night. They only have 10 available but do have cabins for a tad bit more that sleep from 2-8 people. IF you want to stay 3 nights, you must call to make your reservation.

Again, I will get the full information posted up as soon as it is available.

Put me down for one of the Queen rooms looks like Estes is a No Go so I will try to make this one good lord willing and the creek don't rise. Let me know if there is anything I can help with .

I've blocked the 10 Queen rooms for your group. The PROMO CODE to be used is VULC when booking online, or mention this code when calling for reservations.

If you need more accommodations we can certainly add some cabins to the block. The group block will hold the rooms until 7/31/13.

Got my room booked for 19th to 22nd the promo code did not work online but since I was the first to book maybe that will take care of it.

We all know that I am "a little slow" so help me out. Need to arrange accomodations and have questions.

The rally dates are Sept 20-22. Those dates are a Fri, a Sat and a Sun. So does that mean I need to check in Thurs eve and be there in the AM cause we start Fri morn? Or are we rolling in thru out Friday and being social Fri eve as the rally start? Same question about Sunday, is it just a get up, have breakfast and head home day or a "doing stuff" day and we head home Monday?

Next question, as I am one of the old dudes living on Soc Sec in the group, $100 a nite is a little pricey for me. Don't know the scoop on how muuh more the cabin's cost but if there a person or two that might want to share a cabin I'd be interested in discussing. Don't snore and don't smoke if that has a impact. Drop me a note if you're interested.

Thanks for setting this up. Will be at the National but looks like a lot of the SE group can't go this time so will be great oportunity to see ya all.

The cabins do have multiple sleeping options as well as a bunkhouse type arangement that can be split.

We are going to have some rides set up for Saturday that will be self-guided or in small groups. Friday will be for arrival and telling stories. Most will probably leave druing the morning, early afternoon on Sunday. Feel free to come early or stay late.

I know I will be a late arriver on Friday night. 10-11 hours up to Blairsville. May even be a Saturday arrival for me depending on football game schedule (being AD stinks in the fall).

I received an email from Michelle and the online issue should be resolved at this time. Cabins are also available for rental online at this time.
