I'd be up for Helen, or Maggie, or dixie's fridge. Not making the National this year afterall so it would be nice to get together.

I thought you had given up riding for gardening and home improvement

This would work out better for us also. We are committed to other events in oct 10th thru 20th.

Last weekend in Sept would work best for us but whatever works best for the group, we will try and work it out.

Already Excited!!!

A weekend in DK's fridge is like two weekends in Maggie Vally,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, with Hannah Davis.

Mike,

I'll make the sacrifice and let you have my weekend in DK's fridge. I'll be in Maggie Valley, keeping Miss Hannah . . ah . . entertained!

Nice underground parking at the Helen Hampton....and being approx 20 miles from home, not too far from the my fridge for ya Kawhead.

I'd would love to see a regional rally....anytime-any place Coach picks.

And hey Mike, I can still still do the distance when necessary.....just can't pound the interstate for hours on end. Hate it....too damn boring!!
My Stratoliner 1900, 113ci, and 45 miles per gal gets on down the road pretty well!
I'm thinking Helen, GA again and stay at the Hampton again. We just need to find a weekend to do it. I'll check calendars tomorrow and we can throw out a couple dates.

Don't let Mike in the garage or all your good beer will be gone. Give him Richard's beer.

Ever consider the Copperhead Motorcycle Lodge in Blairsville, GA? http://www.thelodgeatcopperhead.com/ The owners are buddy's of ours. Great accommodations for you and your bikes, Great restaurant and bar and right in the middle of everywhere in N GA as well as western NC and SE TN.

If you stick with Helen, you had better hurry, Helen gets booked up quick about that time. We would stay out at Unicoi State Park which is just at the edge of town. I'm about an hour and a half away so if there's anything I can do locally to help, let me know.

Sept works best for me too. I'm in Chattanooga, so not too far from any of those locations. The Copperhead at the Gauntlet sounds interesting. Done the Dragon's Tail, Cherohala Skyway, and a number of the roads in that area. Within the Gauntlet is Six Gap, and Devil's Triangle, so several ride plan options all in that area. Mountains are cooler than here in the valley, so leaves start turning earlier up there. Leaves turning but not falling yet makes for the best riding!
