Ponch - those are some crazy photos!
On one of my last long rides this season (late September) I started out in the morning with temps in the 40's. Started to get a little chilled after a couple hours but had to chuckle at a couple guys out on their HD's wearing just a leather jacket and sunglasses, and no windshields. I KNOW they were freezing their tails off!

I doubt they did have this... but they could have had heated clothing, seats, and grips. But still...
I guess sometimes "image" is everything.
