Can words be added to the dictionary

Can words be added to the dictionary so that when you type and it auto corrects it doesn't take out the word.

If so add the word twisties

Shut off the auto correct in your spell checker. Then you can right click on any word it highlights/underlines and it will give you options one of which is add to dictionary.

Found it and turned it off.
