All of the rooms are 2 queens and are together.
free Wi-Fi in all rooms.
Best time to call is 12:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Other discounts with the hotel include:
10% discount at several restraunts.

The dates are June 14-17. You can book prior to that.

I have yet to reserve, but unless something changes, I'll be arriving on the 13th and leaving the morning of the 17th. Even though I can do it in one day, I may take 2 days coming back home, just because I can.

Edit: I just re-read Waterman's post and it says the rally is June 14-17. The only other thread in this forum says 14-16. Which one is correct?

So to me, 14-17 means arrive on the 13th, depart on the 18th. I just want to know before I make reservations.

I need to know whether to bring beer for 3 days or 4.

I just made my reservation at the motel. The young gal on the phone didn't seem to know what was going on. I will be arriving on the 13th and checking out the morning of the 17th.

Didn't see this. I was planning for everyone leaving on the 17th.

No big deal. I had a 50/50 chance of getting it right, and I did! My time off is approved for that week, I've got a room, I'm all set.
