WTB KQR mounting bracket k53020-405

Need a mounting bracket KQR k53020-405. Ordered a new backrest and luggage rack from one vender and the bracket from another and was informed it is on national backorder for who knows how long. If anyone has this and willing to part with it or knows of someone I would really appreciate any info.
