Seattle Motorcycle show

Went to the Seattle version of the international Motorcycle show and I was a little disappointed. The entire East concourse was full last year, this year it was basically empty. I guess the toy money is pretty tight for everyone. Saw some great deals looked at some nice shoei's marked down from $289 to $99 dollars but alas no money here right now. Looked at Rich's custom seats...very interesting. Looked at the Nomads and I am just not impressed with those bags, they seemed small and horrible access with the top opening and the lid support cable in the way just IMO. Some people might like them just not for me.
Even though the show was small it sure makes me even more anxious for spring. One good thing is I finally got to meet some local Nomad riders had Breakfast with "netnorske" and met "ballast" and his wife.
I'm sure things will pick up and the vendors will be back. Is it spring yet? :)

Did Netnorske bring Tequila with him for breakfast? ???

You've got to be careful who you hang with Doublel!

Lol....no tequila Greg...but I am on the lookout for a couple bottles of good Mexican Anejo to take with me to the NW Rally in Kalispell... ;). If you ride over....we can pick up where we left off last summer.... !

I agree with LL...the show was a lot different this year with a lot fewer vendors, but still worth checking out. Lots of bikes to sit on, spit on, or whatever. Sitting on some of the new bikes did make me really appreciate how comfortable and roomy my '08 is.

Don't think for one moment that my "eyes" are not looking at the NW rally... as I told you... that is one area that is on my bucket-list.

So... if I can figure out how I can make that rally I'll be there... anejo or not,... as I know the company will be worth it!!! ;)
