Cutting out

Have had a problem that started about 2 weeks ago on my 2012 Voyager. At lower RPMs, 1400-1800, mostly when coming out of a turn, it'll start to accelerate, skip a beat or 2, then accelerate like normal. Sometimes from a dead stop, if I dont keep the RPMs above 2000 while releasing the clutch, it'll do it. So far I have removed the Thunder stock air kit and Gman controller thinking the controller may be causing it, no change. Next I thought bad gas, but have ran several tanks through it with no change. Have pulled plugs at 15000 and checked gap. After this started have rechecked. Plug wires seem to be on good, have checked wires from ignition several times before and after this started, all seems good there also. Have new plugs ordered, will be putting them in while I'm on vacation. Seems to run great other than through this RPM range, am thinking it may be the ECU. Bike has exactly 17,500 mles on it as of parking it when I got in from work last night, has been doing this for about the last 700 miles. Anything else I should check before calling shop when I get back in about 2 weeks?
