A little later today, Shelly, my wife of nearly 28 years is having surgery. She's having her gall bladder removed. Please think of her and send good karma her way, if you can.

Thanks!

The two of you will be in my thoughts today and I'll beam good karma to her. I had mine removed a couple of years ago and it's a very easy surgery. But don't let her tell you that the pain is still there after 3 mos and that you need to still clean the whole house. I tried that and my wife threatened to remove other body parts.

While no surgery is foolproof, this is one of them that's really hard to screw up. Everything's gonna be fine. Sore for a little while, but fine.
My mom had hers removed 50 years ago and she's still kickin.

Best wishes to you and Shelly.
