California Senate Bill 435, MC Smog Inspections

The bill was written by a jerk that lives in an affluent area that had loud bikes riding through it and got tired of it. Arnold better not sign it..Or send it back and say it's not retroactive....

On April 27 the bill was brought to the appropriations committee's Suspense file. "All bills that have a general fund cost of $50,000 or more will automatically go to the Senate suspense file, which never bodes well for lawmakers looking to keep their bills alive."

There's still hope.

Because I gutted my goat bladder I checked the cost for a new one. BikeBandit has them for just under $600.00. Then I'll have to get new stock pipes. That's just the start of it. I also modified my air intake. Crap, this is going to be expensive!! :(" title="" border="0"/> :(" title="" border="0"/>

It would probably be cheaper and less hassle to just move to Montana or something.
