Ride to Maggie Valley(update 3/20)

Nightmare & Budman will arrive at my house on Saturday June 11th 2011
Sunday leave early take I55 to Hwy 4 east to Holly Springs MS take 7 to 18 to Bolivar TN then 64 east to Fayetteville TN, take Hwy 50 to Hwy 55 to McMinnville TN, take Hwy 70S to Sparta TN, then Hwy 70 to I 40 to Hwy 321 to Lenoir City where we will spend the night.
400 miles

Monday take hwy 321 to Hwy 441 and Pigeon Forge TN and let the ladies do a little shopping there is a large Christmas store in Pigeon Forge and a nice shopping area in Gatlinburg then go through the Great Smokey Mountain National Park on 441 to the Blue Ridge Parkway to Hwy 19 and Maggie Valley.
110 miles

Bea will have her car in case any of the ladies need to ride for a little bit.

On the way back we thought we would ride to Birmingham AL and spend the night and go to Barbers Motor Sports Park a great motorcycle museum then return to my house on Saturday.

If anyone else would like to join us any where along the way you are more than welcome we also may stop a Reckless fairing shop in Maryville on Monday.

Jim I hit 321 off of I-75. When the time gets closer maybe we can meet up in Lenoir City. We just got a new member and he lives in Maryville. Maybe he could meet up with us also.

That would be me Tom I live about 3 miles off the Dragon and would like to meet up and hopefully do the ride with you if I am back from a 6500 mile trip me and the wife plan on taking in May . Plan on grandcayon - pacific coast hwy - redwoods- yellowstone- mt rushmore- custers battlefield- crazy horse - badlands and back home will take about 5 weeks I have kinfolks along the way Okla. Calif Idaho

We will be leaving Houma on Sunday so we will catch up to y'all on Monday evening. On the way back we will be passing though Birmingham and probably stopping over night there too.

You're probably not planning on going that far south before you head east.

Sunday morning we need to get started early around 6:00 AM and we will stop 12 miles North to eat breakfast then head out, this is the route I have planed, After breakfast we will head East on Hwy 4 to Holly Springs MS from there we will take Hwy 7 North which turns into Hwy 18 to Bolivar TN then head East on Hwy 64 to Fayetteville TN from there we will take Hwy 50 to Lynchburg TN if y’all want to we can take a tour of the Jack Daniels distillery or continue on Hwy 50 to Tullahoma TN where we take Hwy 55 to McMinnville TN and pick up Hwy 70 to Crossville TN then I 40 to Hwy 321 to Lenoir City TN we will be staying at the Ramada Inn you need to make reservations as they fill up fast you can do that here:

Sunday night we will have a great meal at the Gondolier restaurant there in Lenoir City they have some great Italian food then Monday morning Usranger and maybe Watchman and Nomadliz may meet us for breakfast then maybe a stop a Reckless motorcycle in Maryville and on to Pigeon Forge they have a very large Christmas store there and any where else the ladies want to stop then on to Gatlinburg for a little more shopping then we will take 441 through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park to the Blue Ridge Parkway to Hwy 19 to the Maggie Valley Inn.
