Beautiful Day For A Ride!

The temps hit the 60's today and the sun was out! We couldn't pass up the chance for a nice ride!! Thought I would show the latest pics of my pretty 900 and hubby's pretty Nomad!

See the temperature on my windshield as we were getting to leave?

Some shots by the water

It's raining non-stop here...bummer. Plus I had some "honey-do's" to take care of. I'm glad you got out and had fun, but I'm a little jealous that I couldn't join you. No, I'm a lot jealous.

Yes, it sticks on the outside, but it has held tight, even at higher speeds in the wind!!!

As a matter of fact, here's a picture from today showing my speed with it hanging tough!!!

Oh Rich, I'm sorry! We've had our share of rain!!!! PLEASE keep it away from us!!!! I had my own honey-do list for him too, but with the nice weather I didn't have the heart to give it to him. Maybe tomorrow!

Think you can change around the suction cup? and would it make ANY sense to have it on the inside? I am really just thinking that it would look better stuck on the inside sorta hidden by windshield bag....thoughts?

I suppose it could be done! You would have to find a way to attach the suction cup on the other side. I would wonder if you'd get a true temp reading if it's behind the windshield....

thats what i am wondering, and obviously(?) your temp from the outside would be a wind-chilled temp when moving??? Right?? Is there a weatherman in the house??

Windchill is how the temperature feels on bare flesh factoring in the wind. The actual temperature doesn't change regardless of how strong the wind is blowing.

Glad that you got to ride CheriAnn. Today the weather here is supposed to be sunny & 54 so the wife an I are going to hit the road. Between the cold, rain , and work we haven't ridden much the past month.

Got to ride yesterday too CheriAnn. Was in 70's here(Huntington, WV), but rained overnite. Seems to be warming up out there now so I may get to ride again today. And those are some super pictures gal.

Beautiful Day For A Ride!

Thanks for posting those awesome pix. I got out on my bike Sunday and put about 200 miles riding from Virginia Beach down to Nags Head on the Outer Banks of NC. I sure enjoyed it even though I was by myself. I had been looking for a good thermometer to put on my bike and yours looks super. I'll have to get one for myself
