You may have a point
But again this isn't your average run of the mill Nomad
Anyone who really wants this bike isn't going to care what tire is on the back

I happen to be a fan of car tires but even if I wasn't, I'd still be interested. If the only thing that put potential buyer off was the car tire, at least they'd email/call to talk about price. If they haven't even done that, either they think the price is too high or it's just the wrong time of the year to sell a bike. They're getting snow and ice all the way down to Florida. As much as I'm dying to ride, I probably wouldn't look for a bike right now. Bet you'll sell it easily in the spring. B-E-A-U-tiful bike.

Thanks Chris
That is pretty much the way I feel about it as well
I'm in no real hurry to sell it. The shop where I have it setting does pretty good business, It will sell sooner or latter.

Are you asking why a car tire might scares people off? Well, didn't you have to do some research prior to mounting it? Didn't you have to search for a location that would be willing to mount it? Weren't you at any point concerned about how square profile tire might react in turns?

I too run a car tire. I have for nearly 60K miles. That being said, you generally don't want to tell a potential buyer, "Go do a bunch a controversial research and you might come to the conclusion that it's okay for you."

At least that's my thoughts.
