I wonder if its a scam ad on Craigslist. Don't send any money without seeing the bike in person.

Earlier this month, the U.S. introduced new requirements in relation to the exporting of vehicles & as I wait for my Nomad's new owner to come over (tomorrow) and pick the bike up, I'm looking into what these changes actually involve.

EDIT: It appears that the additional requirements implemented April 4th may not apply in this situation.
