Because I think not naming inanimate objects is silly.
 Mine's Booger or Boog for short and my honey's Vstar is Little Blackie (from the girl's pony in the movie True Grit). Quote:

Why do we Antropomorphize?

Just in case you guys naming your bikes and lawnmowers and GPS systems and cars and trucks etc. missed it. Here it is again.
