Mid-winter get together

Jared's going to find out why most of us quit riding for 20-25 years.

Don't listen to them Jared. You just keep on riding. Just because we took a little time off doesn't mean you have to.

Mid-winter get together

I could be wrong and if it came down to my family or riding, the bike would be a goner in heartbeat, but I'm pretty confident that my riding days wont come to a complete stop. Just ask anyone who has met my wife (Tombstone) she is a pretty big supporter of the bike. She probably did more riding than most of you last year and if she wasn't 5'2" she'd probably have her own bike. :) If you look at my map in my signature line, she's been with me through all but 3 of the states and last year she road about 12K miles. We are debt free and have our foreseeable expenses covered, so there is no reason to let the bike go.

If the baby was a boy she had already suggested to decorate the nursery in a motorcycle theme. She's definitely got the bug too. Maybe not quite as severe as me, but I definitely think there will be at least one bike in our garage for the rest of our lives.

Dont let the 5'2" height hold her back. She could handle a 900 classic or similar bike.
I'll be waiting on pictures of the "Baby seat mod" to be posted

I owened a 900 and she road it around the block a few times. She claims that the hight is why she doesn't want her own bike, but I honestly believe she just prefers to ride pillion.

After further review I have to correct the March Temps.. Make that 65-75 in March. The 60-65 is in February.
