Thanks everyone! It is a Smith & Wesson 223/5.56 Sport 2! The Entry lever AR.I though about putting one together but being my first AR and it has a lifetime warranty it made sense to me to buy ! I have extra mags coming to make range time more fun :) Did I really need it ? well no All I will do with it is shoot paper, metal plates and if the Zombies decide to have a face off I'll be ready Still need to get a 9mm Carbine to go with my 9mm pistol's So 1 more off my bucket list! Truck next and maybe a Harley with a side car soon

Actually the manufactures have skirted the so called "safe act" a bit.
They remove the offending parts and replace with legal ones.
So it is a semi-auto black rifle that functions the same as the one you posted.
We can't have a mag over 10 rounds and can only load 7 unless on a shooting range

Tim , I was just reading about something similar in Cali.. They remove a few things or change a section.. Ct. has now adjustable stocks or a bayonet mount. And i can not see why they have the bayonet mount anyway lol The adjustable stock I can do w/o because they are still short for me anyway . But if my grandson shoot it then it useful to me. But I am sure I will be changing stock sooner or later to one that suits me better.. So far we can still use 30 round mags but the asshat Bloomberg is trying hard to restrict gun up here as well ! Pays college kids to get people to sign a petition, and most do not know what the petition is all about
