I too am leaning heavily toward making the trip...but have been too busy on the coast to dive into the details. That is a beautiful area to ride. Brad, can you post a link to the hotel and the dates one more time? I'm officially old now (just turned 55)...so forgive my lack of concentration....

3 peaks resort. Find it through Bookings.com like Scott and I did. I'm arriving Saturday 6/13/15 and leaving the following Saturday for home..

Planning on it right now. Still have some details to figure out. One will be if Krystal can handle that long of a ride by then. That will set the pace to get out there. If she can ride, it will probably be 3 days out. If she can't it will be 2 long days and a pick up at the airport for her.

Since I'm arriving Saturday I'm thinking M-Th ride days. Everyone is on their own schedule. Make whatever days you can!

I just noticed that Joel and I could be the only 2 there so far that still ride Nomads.

You do still have your Nomad right Joel ???

How pathetic that a Kawasaki Vulcan forum can only muster up two Kawasaki owners to attend a rally.

That may be because most Kawasaki owners plan on going to the real rally in Eureka Springs and can't afford to go to both.
Not to mention the one you are going to is on the west coast so it would not draw to many members from the eastern half of the nation.
Also there are only 7 members confirmed to attend according to the poll.
So 5 off brands and 2 Kawasakis isn't really that, to use your word,"pathetic"

I realize that. I'm sure there are also a lot of people not planning on going to the "real rally" in Arkansas. Come on, Tahoe is in the midwest, just ask Trip.

I would think that from NY everything west of the Mississippi is "west coast".

I may just get a chance to meet you all on this one. My sister lives in Tahoe anyway about 10-15 mins from the hotel I may very well be up there around then for my nephews High School graduation.

The wife and I love riding up in the gold country a lot, and we will still have the Nomad I'm sure.
