New from Chippewa Falls Wisconsin
 Started as a stock 99 vulcan classsic. added Reckless fairing , 6X9 s with a 600 watt amp, Harley air shocks, true dual exhaust, Harley ignition switch relocated to dash on tank, all lights are led, aftermarket Harley bags with extensions. flat black paint with pinstripe by Twisted Chrome.
