Now that's a great idea . Right now I'm stuck on using ear buds and don't really like have them shoved in my head while riding . This is the cure .

But like all helmets , it would be nice to find a supplier so you can try it for fitment and check out the sound quality .

Nice find !!

I've been eying that too but it just ain't in the budget right now plus I'd like to hear from some of the others on here as well. If it's anything like my Sena headset it should be great.

Well, my 1/2 helmet is a VOSS, has a drop down visor that saves my ass/eyes when riding into the sun just before sundown, has a nice metal quick-disconnect chin strap, washable/removeable liner.
I use this with my Sena 1/2 helmet system with a boom mic and earpads w/speakers. Nice setup, I really like it!
Very Seriously thinking of going to a new system by another co. because you can only do updates the windows/mac computers. I run linux....
I really like my Sena wireless, its just the folks I've dealt with at Sena....they come across as A-sholes....
I'd rather deal with a co. that embraces its customers after paying $200+ to buy their products....
Their product already can connect to the cellphones, play music, connect with other riders, etc.... Why not make it easier to update the software?
Sorry, I like the Sena Product, just have a problem with the Sena support staff....

Just to put the bug in your ear, theres a couple of other systems out there, that are of comparable quality, for less money. But, theres a trend to make helmets now with complete bluetooth systems, for biker safety. As they make these, the price will come down....
I prefer my setup, a seperate helmet, with the wireless because of the drop down visor, and quick-disconnect....

The sound quality with the Sena is really good over the boom mic and the speakers, most folks can't tell I'm on my bike....That mic up in the top of the helmet, might pickup alot more than your voice on a big healthy VTwin bike.

Just bought a Sena 20S for my Scorpion half shell ahead of a 2 week trip with a buddy. Several local friends have them and they swear by them, but theyre in full face helmets.
We'll see how it works out.

So what other brands are you considering?

Scala, also these....
https://www.amazon.com/Yideng-Motorc...ustomerReviews
used by some trails riders, has good reception, doesn't cost a arm and a leg, decent customer service which is a ++++....the Hawks are nice....
But these seem to pr. very easily to other makes, has great distance, price is right, too!
Several friends have them after a update of their senas went bad....think sena is wanting the older wireless owners to trade up....
Sound quality is great on intercoms and on phone....volume is plenty loud....
No, not as nice as the Sena's, but they're a good replacement, almost as many options and is easier to operate....
