Nicely written Amin.
You touched on the thing that has surprised me most about this forum.
When I joined I had no idea that I would become good friends with so many people here.
I'm sure that's not the norm on many forums.
I've truly enjoyed being a part of it.
Hope to see most of you in New York next July.

Merry Christmas everyone. And here's to a prosperous New Year.

The fishing boat epilogue was in reference to a heck of a riding bloke (Todd) what took up deep sea fishing and sold his Nomad. Hey, the heart loves what the heart loves. I'm told if you google up bloke in the there you will find several dozen images and pics of Todd.

Top Cat is the kind of chap, and especially his better half and lovely bride, that if for some reason you needed somebody over here in the colonies to watch your grand-nippers he'd be the best choice.

As you very well know, he loves and thrives confrontation. Me, I run like hell until I'm far enough to holler something disgustingly derogatory about your Mum. I wouldn't even consider fussing with him over a parking spot in a dark parking garage, but I'm sure he would get misty eyed over a warm heart felt Merry Christmas wish from you.

Merry Christmas Everybody!!!!!

I have been part of many forums over the years. I'd guess I have an accumulation of 50K posts over all the various forums. VBA, without any doubt, has the best members. As time has progressed things have changed and don't get participate nearly as much as I'd like, but will always value experiences and friendships created through VBA.

I'm pretty sure all you guys said everything I feel about this site . I always appreciate all the help I'm given and in return I try to extend help when I can . I've learned a wealth of information just reading posts from all the members . In short I'd like to thank all of you even if you didn't know your help was valuable .

Thank-you and Merry Christmas !!!

Hey Kawhead, Todd did get a new GPS for his boat so I'm hoping he doesn't get lost or "we're only an hour from shore" deal going with this one.

He'll ride you until you're pissing down your leg and your tongue's hanging out. I'd hate to know what he'd do to you on a boat fifteen miles from the shore.

Hell, he liable drank a beer or two and get horny or something.

they sure were not on the Hwy 50 we were traveling in Kansas unless they were on back streets. We even had to turn off main Hwy in Ark. to find gas. Plenty of Cow gas right Ron LOL
