Still in Love!!!

I bought my 13 Vaquero in January of 13. It has been cross country with me about 5 times. It has about 26K on it now. I love this bike so much I could not imagine riding another. The Vaquero is a perfect bike. Anyone else feel the same?

After getting some irritating issues corrected I can say the same. 2011 with over 30,000 miles.

Ever since the Vaq came out , I've wanted one . Three weeks ago I walked into a dealership and " Bam " there she was . It was love at first sight . I had to have it . I sent the ecu off to Ivan to have flashed . since then I've spent more time on it than a tick on a dogs butt .

Greetings,
Yeap, same boat. The bride and I each have one. She liked the Green (Lime-o-Rita) one so much, she traded up to it (Rita). I went and got another one, Nadia.
2012 "Rita" bought in Aug of 14, care free miles 32K miles.
2015 "Nadia" bought July of 16, face in the wind 17K miles.

Ridefree,

Rode mine to Yellowknife, NWT on Thursday. 600k on it now, I hate it.... Wish it would break so I can get a new bike. 😀

Garry..I installed one of your fork brace's on my 02 Nomad this last winter... LOVE IT!!

The front end is rock solid now. No more wishy washy tracking through corners. This last May, while on a trip in California, I was on a right hand sweeper on I-5, at 70mph, when the road surface suddenly went from smooth concrete, to having the pavement all chewed up to be resurfaced. I just kept a firm, yet relaxed hold on the handle bars, and the bike just tracked along through the curve perfectly . Previously, it would have been a real battle to keep it in a smooth track, without wanting to wonder all over the place...

Thanks for your great product and workmanship.

Me too, then I realized it sucked. Got a Racnray's throttle mod and it was better. Still need to Ivanize to get the real Deal. Everything is solid and it handles like a dream but runs like shit. This motor is way better than the 1500 I traded it for. Just need the Final Mod to take me to the Bike I thought I was buying. But I will not give up the time it takes to ship to Ivan. Some day I will get to annoyed that I will do it. Its Not the money, but it should be. It's just a few days without the bike that I hate. I ride every day, rain or shine. The truck has not been fired up for 3 weeks now and I'm good with that. I hate the hand me down Dad gave me. Shit it's a Chevy.

Thanks for the endorsement, David.

My earlier comments were tongue-in-cheek, I don't hate my bike! With suspension improvements and Ivan's flash my old bike runs and rides just fine.

I over nighted my ECU to Ivan on a Monday morning first thing I believe, and had it back Wednesday afternoon and was riding that day. It runs so much better, it is not even funny. Well worth the 2 days without it for the months of riding joy.

Anyway, it is a great bike, really enjoying mine..
