I wasn't going to have any today but a coworker coherced me into 4 or 5 after 28 hours of deprivation.

You cannot quit as long as you think of not smoking as "deprivation".

Think instead of smoking as oxygen deprivation.

(I'm not writing this for Beezer's benefit. He's not really trying to quit; but someone else here might be trying.)

It's not easy, takes a lot of will power, but very worth it.

A few more days and it'll be 5 months for me. It's almost like I don't remember ever doing it.
