Here's how to get your video in 720P on youtube.

Download the free version of any video converter from here http://www.any-video-converter.com/p...or_video_free/

When you convert the video select Youtube H264 HD video from the output options.

Once the conversion is done just go to youtube and upload it. It won't try to make it 480 because it's already in their format.
