New to the Nomad
Hello to all, just bought a new to me 2007 all Black Nomad 1600.
 This is my first cruiser and wow it's really something. When my wife and I first saw it we both said, "It's so big!!!" My everyday ride is an old 92 BMW R100RS so this is quite a change! We live just outside Albuquerque New Mexico in Tijeras, and had to go to Mountainair NM to pick her up. Wonderfull twisty road coming home but after dark with a cupped front tire. Man, when you move the bars a little this thing really reacts!! Took me half the ride to stop over correcting in the corners and just take it easy. Once I slowed myself down the Nomad took over and I think we bonded a bit. My biking budds tell me I've done real good buying the Nomad and I can't wait to put more miles on her. Looking forward to the forums and all the info here.
