I understand. I've been standing on concrete for over 30 years doing machine work. My back and hip bother me too, so this year I decided to start exercising and walking more and get in better shape. If that's what it takes to keep riding... I'm in..... Plus an occasional trip to the chiropractor....

I hear you dave,i spent 20 years standing on concrete while working for general motors in another life.there is also the fact that today I turned 68
years young.i think gravity over that length of time contributed to compressing
a couple of those disc.

I haven't spent much time on concrete, but I know what 40 years of heavy equipment and truck driving will do for you. Hope you feel better soon Bob. And Happy Birthday.

Well, here is a quick turn around on my registration.

The offshore fishing bug has hit me again. I spent most of my teens and 20's offshore fishing in my extra time. I'm looking into buying a boat for offshore fishing.

I may even be looking to get out of the MC business but that's not decided yet. That's a bigger decision than getting a boat :/ But pretty riding weekends are also good fishing/boating weekends.

Interests change I guess.

For that reason, I have decided not to make the trek out to the rally. I'll miss seeing everyone.

Drink a cold one for me.

Teresa and myself along with watchman and liz grimshaw will arrive on Monday the 22 and are staying at Thurman's Lodge. Are looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones. Everyone have safe travels there.

It is a disappointment that I too have to cancel my trip to the rally. I was so looking forward to this trip. But some unforeseen circumstances have arised in the last 2 days that have knocked a big dent in my pocketbook. So with that being said, I have prepaid for the Thursday night banquet dinner for 2. If there is someone needing 2 dinners, shoot me a PM and I'll give you the dinners. I will send you the email confirmation number for you to pickup the tickets.
