Brand of coolant

I looked at my coolant level a couple nights ago when I was adding lights and realized I need to add some. Question is, what type is the best? All right my crazy friends, what type of coolant do you use and why?

Brand of coolant

I noticed mine was low the other day when I was putting it up for the winter :'(
The dealer said any coolant that is aluminum specific will be OK.
I will probably get a quart from the dealer.
That way I know it is motorcycle rated.
NICO , why do you guys scroll your pics across the screen? They are really annoying and hard to read.

Sorry TC, Nico forgot his meds again. Let me know what type you get. I think we can use any type, but just want to make sure.

All the technicians/riders/owners of bikes at the dealership I go to recommended the Engine Ice as well. Must be something to it, I figure, but I'm sure any GC formula will do if it's designed for motorcycles/V-Twins. Your research will confirm/deny this though as we know NOT to take a dealerships word for it, right?

Cheers,
DS

Socwkbiker , My dealer told me any coolant that specifies it is for aluminum radiators will work. I will buy motorcycle specific from dealer though , just to be safe.

Nico, got your message. I knew that

Sue, I don't get an open image option when I right click. I get an open link option but it is not highlited so it dosen't do anything :(
