Just too bad because my purpose was to let WA members know of the special deals offered at that dealership.

I have been to the dealer that is closing, it's conveniently located downtown and I wanted to check their business hours to plan for my Electra's first service. And I find out that they are closing...

The location of Skagit H-D is not too bad, either. I will check them out.

Just curious....you don't have a dealer on your side of the border? Is it cheaper to come to the US for service? Not surprising if that's the case.
