Worn tire!

According to police, a worn tire/blow out sent this harley rider and passenger to the trauma center. Ain't worth 250$ IMO

Ive seen some tires go from looking worn, but still ridable, to cords peeling off within a couple hundred miles. Especially riding two up they wear even faster.

The tire is worn, but I'd be willing to bet that it was low on pressure. BTW, that is a bias ply tire too.

Riding worn tires in a car or truck is bad enough. But on a motorcycle......
