We have had some of the best weather for a week. Today? Not so good 58*f
rain, the next 2 days show mostly cloudy skies and chance of precipitation. We are going to Maine in the morning and coming home Sunday night. Important business to take care of, our 45th wedding anniversary. Be Safe.

Riding in the Morning vs. High Noon Heat
Good Morning
Looks like it's going to be toasty today 99.8 degrees projected so lets say and easy 100 on the asphalt. It's 75 now so I'm leaving for a 2hr ride (errands) and then back to the La Casa. |

Good Morning! 3°C at 9am on 18 June down here.
I was up at 6.30am and with the heating on to watch delayed coverage of the first two America's Cup races from Bermuda. I would have watched it live, but 5am on a Sunday is simply too early to be up out of bed in these temperatures. Go the Kiwis!

A great weekend was had, other than I fell down trying to carry the beach stuff up some concrete stairs I caught my left toe on the top step and fortunately fell forward. Three members of the Diablos helped get me and my stuff up and as I was thanking them I saw the 1% patches. They were very nice to me, something I wasn't quite expecting. But you just never know. Be Safe.
