A good ride yesterday

Had the good fortune to spend a bit of time and K's with some like minded KAWA people yesterday. Great weather, friendship and scenery. Had a few newbies with us, who did a great job keeping up with the bigger units. All in all a great day.

A good ride yesterday

How are things AJ the wife and I have just got back from a 4 week ride from Melbourne to Perth and back via the coast roads all the way total of 8,865 Km. Both bike's ran sweet unfortunately the wife dropped her 1600 Classic on the Nullabor on a turn into a roadside cafe
wet bitumen and diesel do not mix she suffered some bruising and a cracked rib the bike had some severe road rash but with some slight repairs we were able to carry on. She is a tough bugger sometimes. Photo's are on photo bucket just type in
finky_albums and go to the Perth 2010 album.

Glad it all went well (except for the "incident"). Had a look at the pics on the other site, what a great ride. Did you try the Ceduna oysters? best in the world!!!

would you believe we consumed 30 dozen of the bloody things over 2 days while we were there.
I have a mate that works for the oyster farm(manager) and when he found out we were in town dropped in with a big bag full man I am over the bloody things believe me.
