watching the news this morning I'm getting more confused about what just happened.
The Chief Justices said that the only way this could be mandated was because its a Tax. It cant stand as Commerce consitutionally, only as a Tax.... thats what was said.

Now the White House says discussion ended its not a tax no matter what was said.

And of course all the for's are saying it aint a tax, but are rejoicing that it passed as a tax.......jezzzz I'm getting dizzy.

I feel like I'm watching a new episode of the Twilight Zone...... these people are insane, they cant hear what they are saying and convinced how intelligent they think they are I guess........

The big blue spin machine is working overtime to make sure that everyone understands that just because it is only constitutional as a TAX....it is NOT A TAX because Bam-Bam says so.....

. If I were Romney, I would run ads every day reminding the American people of the biggest TAX FRAUD the left has ever pulled over their eyes. It is beyond believable how these pundits ignore the glaring truth...

The back and forth of accusing that it was a tax and the denial that it wasn't. The oral arguments, before the court, of presenting both yea and nae, and then the supposed conservative Chief Justice sides with four Constitution loathing socialist judges just because he likes the mandate not only shocked us, but the Libs as well.

Obamah just happens to have a plan ready to improve on Obamhcare. Well, kiss my asz! What a surprise! Something that never has happened with social programs.

I thought they were canceled if they were deemed inefficient and a waste of tax payer money.

The GOP is happy that ObamaCare is a tax because it only takes 51 votes and not 60 to repeal a tax. If GOP wins this coming November it will be the end of ObamaCare TAX.

They are also happy because even the courts agreed with their stance and warnings that it was a tax when it was being inserted by the Democraps.

Given the argument presented to the court, Chief Justice Roberts had no choice, in my opinion, but to uphold the mandate; but only as a tax... as it obviously was not going to pass-mustard under the commerce clause (which is actually a great relief to know the SCOTUS is defending against crossing that line).

A real positive for U.S. citizens is that increasing taxes is difficult for politicians to do... and since the government's own observations indicate this is will eventually be one of the biggest taxes imposed on the public (to the tune of trillions of dollars over time), you can expect politicians... even Obama (if he wins) to be held up against the wall to explain this.

If Obama wins you can bet the outcry against this taxation will put tremendous pressure on the Democratic party, and might just put them under in the next elections in 2014... and they don't want their heads handed to them.

So... it will be interesting how far this really goes...

Keeping-up the battle against bigger government has to continue in earnest; because it is apparent there remain individual citizens that seem to love their government's handling of their money, and must believe the government provides efficient, cost-effective programs with their tax-dollars.

Likely, one would discover anyone supporting bigger government has their personal interest in mind, rather than the good of country. Why else would anyone defend, promote or propagate more of the same government that is the ideal model of how NOT to do anything effectively.

Personally, anyone that promotes a bigger government is truly the enemy of the working citizen of this country -- given how poorly our government does anything.

If it is so great, then why are there so many exemptions being applied for and the majority of them are in Pelosi's District? Pelosi's district at one time had nearly 20% of the exemptions.

Another one of those, why doesnt congress want to go on it? Why doesnt the Unions go on it..... oh hell lets sum it up as it is.... The National Association of Realtors is all over this and working to get it repealed, -- before it takes effect. But, I am very pleased we aren't the only ones who know about this ploy to steal billions from unsuspecting homeowners.

Did you know that if you sell your house after 2012 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it? That's $3,800 on a $100,000 home, etc. When did this happen? It's in the health care bill, -- and it goes into effect in 2013. Why 2013? So that it doesn’t come to light until after the 2012 elections? So, this is ‘change you can believe in’?
Under the new health care bill all real estate transactions will be subject to a 3.8% sales tax.
If you sell a $400,000 home, there will be a $15,200 tax. This bill is set to rip off the retiring generation, -- who often downsize their homes.
