igniter/cdi box

I have a '99 nomad that I think the igniter/cdi box is going bad on. Before I spend a couple hundred on the Dyna 3000 replacement I'd like to know for sure if this is my issue. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap, used igniter p/n:21119-1515 so I can troubleshoot this problem? Thanks
