I had gotten the bearing in the pulley and got everything back together and aligned on Sunday. I've rode it a couple times now and that noise that was coming from the pulley is completely gone. The new bearing does have some play in it but only maybe 1/2 of what the original did.
Just thought I'd post the end result.. |

I’m having the same problem and the service manager can’t figure it out. It all came to be when I took it in for new tires.

Replacing the bearing with a much better quality one resolved it.
