My Take On Helmet Locks
Hadn't seen this particular helmet lock relocation location before, so thought I'd share what works for me.
Just drilled and tapped a hole through the sissy bar uprights. Lock 1.jpg There's not enough thickness in the bar to do a blind tap, so I had to punch all the way through. A couple of chrome acorn nuts finishes things off. Again, the hole is fully tapped, so even if someone removes the nut, they would still have to get the lock open in order to get the bolt out to get the lock and helmet. Lock 2.jpg Works great. Lock 3.jpg Safe & comfy on the rear seat.

Good idea
I also set my helmet on the rear seat on my Voyager with a "Helmetlok" when the trunk is full. Here are links to the lock and the helmet locked on the bike Helmetlok Locked to Bike
