10" FMB Chopper bars
I have a set of 10" smooth top monkey bars made by FMB Choppers. I had them powdercoated a silver metallic to match the silver on my bike. They were mounted for 1 day. They have mount marks from the risers and the throttle side had to be sanded in order for the throttle to work smoothly. Will take $100 plus shipping. I can send pictures from phone.

Here is a picture of the bars in black. Mine were powder coated silver. The bar dimensions are : 34 bar end to bar end, 10" rise, 8" across the bottom and 7" pullback.

Yes, these bars will fit the Vaquero or Voyager.
