I've always wondered? Since the Nomad has 4 spark plugs would a tach for a 4 cylinder work?
I see tachs that are for 4, 6, & 8 cylinders...very few are for 2 cylinder.

Fuzo.....Gadget has detailed instructions. I installed a Baron's tach on my 08 Nomad. Took about 30 minutes after I realized it was easier going to the right side coil instead of the left which most people recommend. Kaw may of changed something for 08's.

Either way. its pretty easy if you loosen the two bolts holding the coil. In fact, you can ground the tach on one of the two bolts.
