air pressure?

Is air pressure loss more common on motorcycles than cars?
My nomad tires loose pressure and need air about every 2 weeks. I can go months on my cars and all is good.
Do darksiders loose pressure in the CT?

I was low this morning and just got to thinking maybe I have a real slow leak????

Is this in both front and rear, I have not had an issue with my air. You just might have a slow leak.

I do, and I have a car tire. I check it at least weekly and usually have to add a pound or two - front and rear. Next time I replace my tires, I'm replacing the valve stems, too.

Check to be sure the Valve Cores are tight in both valve stems.
You could replace the valve cores and see if that helps.

Tube type MC tires do loose some air. Tubeless will show pressure drop when the weather starts cooling down.

Well, I knew something was up. My rear tire was low again this morning. I rolled the bike back and forth looking at the tire and found a screw in it. I guess I will be putting a new tire on the rear today. Now I have to find one locally for a decent price. crap!

And another reason for checking your tire pressure regularly gets added to the list!

cmj, glad you discovered the problem rolling the bike around the garage and not while you were rolling down the road after a blowout on the interstate!

New Dunlop E3 being installed as I type this. I hate having to put a new tire on already. I had almost 9000 miles on the Metz, so I guess I got most of the miles out of it before the screw. It should be ready in about an hour.

You'll like the E3. I've got about 6000 miles on mine, and love them.

You know it is funny how a screw or nail in a tire will cause a slow leak, until it is removed or comes out and then it becomes a fast leak.

Weather does have an effect on tire pressure. If it goes from a few warm days to cool then you will need to add air. And vice versa, after it turns warm again you may to release a little air pressure.

For the rear I would run 40 to 42 pounds.

I run 40/42 F/B on my tires. I check them every week or two.
