I am hoping to be able to order a hitch this year, but i don't count my chickens til their hatched.. I'ld like to see a picture if possible.

I had a hitch made in vancover on the 1500...

The E-Bay listing is NOT anything like I am after..... In part why I'ld like to see a picture. The other part is I am interested in height, to match my HF trailer with 8" wheels.

I prefer any trailer to be 'down in the head'. Which means parked, and attached to the bike it is level to down slopping forward, so 'caster' will follow the lead of the bike.

'Caster' up means the trailer will have a mind of it's own, and always try to steer the bike, which isn't good.

With a true reciever hitch the draw bar usually can go in 2 ways, and one of the ways raises the ball, while the other lowers it.

In person the only parts I have seen made by Chuckster is his coasters, which Flavor bought, and had me install on his bike.

The fit and finish of Chuckster's coasters was top notch quailty, ready for paint if you want too. I did.

That Ebay hitch is quite expensive, you can buy a class IV car or truck hitch for less than that.

Mac, The receiver can be reversed up or down to compensate for 8" or 12" wheels on your trailer. I have 12" wheels so I have mine situated where the flatbar is on the upper side of the square tubing opposite from CJ's picture. My trailer sits perfectly level this way.

+1 for chucksters hitch.. have not been able to use it yet but it will work out good. No complaint on anything I have from him, risers, intake plate, large lowers, coasters, hitch. Next time im in your neck of the woods joe burgers are on me! thanks again.
