Electric conection has a kit that will turn your curent rear light into running lights and turn signals. I installed it on my 1600 about a month ago. I really like it. It took me abbout four hours to do and I am not very good with wiring.

Rich,
Heres another option. Try http://www.signaldynamics.com/produc.../tristarxp.asp
Or http://www.customdynamics.com/ they have everything you need there. They have an online chat help where you can text back and forth.

Ask for Kristen. Her email addy is kristen@customdynamics.com ....
she was so good and helpful.

I did my entire led conversion and changed my rear turn signls to run/turn/brake. fromCustom Dynamics.
Good luck,.......oh! It's none of my business but I hope it's nothing too serious that you have to go in the Hosp. for, but on the up side you have 3 months to play with the bike.

Have you checked out Kuryakyn's plug & play run, turn, brake controller?
When announced they were heavily backordered.
Don't know what the availability is now but even if you went with non plug & play its an hour job to wire.

Would that be the Triple Whammy from Kury. Got mine about two weeks ago. In stock and only took about three days to get it. Really easy to install. Took maybe 15 minutes. Right at $120.00 with shipping.

The plug is under the drivers seat. I'd call Kury, they could give you the answer as well as some of the ladies and gentlemen.
