Camping at Rally

I sure wish I didnt have a job. I would be there. I returned from lake george last week from the HUGE 35,000 bike AMERICADE RALLY. The USA's Largest Touring Rally. SO About Lake George Area.. IT IS AWESOME... I camp and I found the best camping is at HEARTSTONE STATE PARK, about 4 miles north of town on Rt 9. Right on the Lake. Huge shaded sites, nice swimming beach.. Deli,. store, beer and liquor just 1/4 mile before the park entrance. Take a ride on the vintage Minnie HaHa steam ship on the lake. and visit Ft Henry William, right in town on the lake. If you saw the movie, The last of the Mohigans, this was
the fort, French and Indian Wars 1757. One day I did a 250 mile loop tour, into VT, south thru Wilmington, Brattleboro, Keene NH, Bellows Falls NH and back to lake George. Fort Ticonderoga and Lake Placid is within a days tor as well. You are all going to have a blast. .. I rode from Akron Ohio...
