May 29-31 Gualala CA

Greetings All,
After looking at the various calendars around and such I have come up with what I feel is the best dates and such for a NEW event.

May 29-31 2009
Location: Gualala, Ca
I have 2 full days worth of riding planned, promise of BEAUTIFUL scenery, great roads to ride on, and live music on Saturday night.

Route 1: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&sadd...rt+bragg,ca+to:Leggett,+California+to:Willits,+CA+to:Fort+Bragg, +Ca+to:Gualala,+Ca&hl=en&geocode=&mra=ls&sll=38.73 6946,-122.90267 9&sspn=0.778757,1.774292&ie=UTF8&z=9
Route 2: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&sadd...onville,+ca+to:canyon+rd,+healdsburg,+ca+to:Gualala,+Ca&hl=en&ge ocode=&mra=ls&sll=38.713644,-122.936325&sspn=0.194754,0.443573&ie =UTF8&ll=38.819916,-123.236389&spn=0.388928,0.887146&z=11
As you may notice via the maps this is almost entirely twisty, these routes are DEFINITELY the type of roads that you have to ride your own ride.

OK here is the deal, I have 2 options lined up for hotels, there is also camping nearby for those that want to go that route.

Option 1: The Gualala Country Inn: (707)884-4343 Rooms range from $110.00/night and up. I have arranged a 20% discount for us here if you are staying Thur, Fri, Sat. Just mention VROC and that you are with the motorcycle group. http://www.gualalacountryinn.com/def...mpaign=Lodging

Option 2: The Gualala Hotel, (707)884-1801 (they do not have a website. Rates are as follows, 1 bed common bath $50 2 bed common bath $60 1 bed private bath $80 2 bed private bath $100. They will give us a discount also depending on how many rooms are taken. If 5 rooms or more room prices drop $10 a night

Option 3: Camping at the Gualala River Redwood Park, (707)884-3533 http://www.gualalapark.com/ They are less than 2 miles from the hotels.

For those that don't know Gualala is a tiny town on the California coast that is approximately 2 hours from well, anything. We have some of the most gorgeous scenery you have ever seen. Gualala is a extremely popular riding destination during the summer. Come one come all for a great weekend of Friends, Rides, and Fun.

For any questions you can either drop me a line via this thread, pm, email at Jcaine1754@yahoo.com or (707)972-3153 if I think your question is going to be something commonly asked I may post it in the forums as info for all to read, although I won't post who asked it unless they OK that

Also for ease of bookkeeping if those that are interested could sign up on the VROC event calendar it would be appreciated
