coils..?

2002 Vulcan Nomad....Just want to know where they/it is and some idea of what it/they look like...can find no picture anywhere...I'm guessing I have to pull the tank to see them...?thanks

coils..?

Not trying to be a smarta55, but if you trace the spark plug wires backwards from the spark plug boots, you'll find them.

Follow one of your plug wires from the plug and you will see the coil under the gas tank, up front by the neck. You should be able to see them without removing the tank. You have 2, one on each side of the neck (steering stem)
