Luc, you may want to check Kijiji as there was a set on there a while ago. Maybe they didn't sell and will be relisted? Also check some of your local bike shops (used) as some (if you have stock) may prefer to have the stock exhaust. If you have the stock exhaust still, they may do a swap for yours for a small $. They would rather have stock so they can sell them accessories. Many times have seen loaded bikes get traded in and a lot of after market accessories removed before put up for sale again. This may be an option? Problem for us with exhaust from e-bay is shipping charges. Unless you can get them to send them USPS and put on USED MC parts and a nominal declaration of value to have low tax charges and only via GROUND so costs are down due to the higher weight and irregular shape.

Good luck

OH yes I know that border crossing WELL!! LOL...when we head across they ALWAYS check our ID etc etc. I mean...EVERY FRIGIN TIME!! Don't come BACK across the other way there so not sure how our customs guys are?
Use to cross there 2x or so a week years ago heading down to Pittsburgh from just N of Montreal. I wish I had a border crossing as close to me here, I'd do the same.
But alas it's not so due to fuel costs now not saving much over getting it shipped here. But on principle I won't use Uber Payment Service!!!

Have fun in Daytona, we all wish we were there with ya...especially today...what a mess out their..>YUCK!!

Yes for sure, but that's a pretty big mistake. Unless he does have them and just for some reason used he wrong pictures, but I doubt it!!

And the shipping charges...now that's creative way to get your price!!!!

It's actually pretty common. You'll see a $100 item sell for $50 and $50 shipping instead of $80 and $20. Reason being, eBay doesn't charge you based on total amount, just on the purchase amount, so it's slightly cheaper for the person who lists it.

Good point, but I'm sure if the same seller tried that too many times e-bay would suspend his account as would suspect what is happening. I know they did that for a few sellers from over seas a few years ago selling model metal cars. Price was 15.00 BIN and then the shipping was 35? At that time shipping was in the range of 20.00. I imagine that is why so they could seem to be selling for half of what they were actually getting for them.
Unless I was a retailer/wholesaler I'd not sell on e-bay but would sell to a forum member or via Kijiji locally. I've had good success with that as no shipping and CASH in my hand first!!!!
Reminds me I have a few items to list here soon.

That makes sense for it as it would be the weight as it's pretty heavy. I however got the entire stock system from Florida for about 30.00 then so double that now, and that is still a lot cheaper then what they have it listed for. And that is in US shipping not international!!!
But as has been stated, likely it is listed so high so they can not have to pay higher fee's to e-bay when it sells and recoup part of the money they want for it without paying for it as e-bay gets nothing for shipping charges. There is always and angle someone tries.
