]Just a reminder if your POG ( Plastic Oil Gear ) fails Kawasaki will pick up the dime to repair it .Mine let go at 22,000 in my 1999 and it was repaired free of charge.PS you might want to have any additional engine work done at that time you will pay for the parts but KAWA pays for the labor .I had my entire motor redone for 1,000.00 in part my cost.

Thats what I heard for the U.S. here in Canada they try there darnest to not pay , a few guys who screamed bloody murder did get looked after eventually.
