Rally T Shirt Ordering

Hi Guys; We think we have come up with a way to get our Maggie Valley Rally T shirts ordered without the steep shipping charge to Canada.
We will have them sent to the Base Motel and they will be there waiting for us when we arrive.
When you order your shirts specify that you want them shipped to the motel rather than your home address, Phill will box them up for us into a single box and send them off a week before the rally. He will pay the shipping for us.
This is a reply we received from him.

I can ship bulk orders to you or to your hotel for pick-up on the day of the event. I would deduct the shipping cost from the orders and I will pay to ship to one location.

So you would save freight charges. Just have people respond to their confirmation requesting shipping to the event - I will deduct the shipping charges form the credit card billings.

Got some of that info today when I ordered T shirts. What I didn't know was Phil ( shirtz & thinzs) would pay the shipping and at that time there was no word on the Hotel accepting this request. This is a good idea.
For those that do not wish to wait till arriving at the rally to get your shirt, you could also do what we did. 4 of us who intend to travel together combined our order to be sent to one mailing address here in Canada. This brought the shipping price down to $32 split 4 ways.

I thought that would be another alternative as well Norm, since I don't mind waiting until the rally I'll have mine shipped to MV.

Oh well, I was not against a reasonnable shipping fee, 25$ was just a bit ::) high, let's say... Anyway, once again we have, us Canucks, well let's say manage the situation with class BTW, they are great looking t-shirts

Looking forward to getting them....but more so the get together at the rally...Sure will be nice to meet Nomanders from all over. Sure will be a gr8 time. The ride down will be a blast also.

Well if he wears the the extra boxers on top of his chaps and tucks the toothbrush behind one of his ears, he can bring even more beer.
