Sad to see him go but I'm sure that his quality of life with Alzheimer's wasn't that great.

A few years back I saw a documentary about him and his family and his decision to do a farewell tour while he was still able. It was sad to see that towards the end the Alzheimer's was getting the best of him. He was forgetting words to the songs that he had performed thousands of times or sometimes doing a song twice, forgetting that he had already performed it earlier in the show. But the fans didn't seem to care as they loved him and his performances; after all, he was Glen Campbell!

My mother was a Glen Campbell fan. She would play his albums while she worked around the house.
I still remember many of his songs. RIP Glen.

Yeah, I have the same memories too. It was that and Hank Sr. and Slim Whitman and someplace called Vietnam on the radio.

I saw it too, it's on Netflix now as well. The name of it is ," I'll Be Me" if anyone cares to look it up. I'll just straight up tell you it was hard to watch him go through that.
